This class is from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
Led by a Level 4 Master Cicerone®, Bier Schule is a fun, one-hour guided tasting exploring German beer styles, brewing traditions, and the flavors that make each pour unique.
While OktoberFest is festing all around you, step inside Bier Schule to taste, learn, laugh, and discover a little more about what makes German beer so wunderbar.
YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- At least four beer samples
- A commemorative OktoberFest stein featuring our newest annual design
- Expert-led instruction and guided tasting
- Plenty of beer knowledge to impress your friends later
CHECK-IN
Please plan to check in at the Ticket Booth Tuff Shed no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Have your ticket—printed or displayed on your phone—and a valid government-issued photo ID ready.
After all, the early bird gets the schnitzel…and the beer drinker gets checked in on time!

IMPORTANT: AGES 21+ ONLY
Bier Schule is strictly for guests ages 21 and older. All participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, regardless of age. No one under 21 may participate.
Alcohol service is subject to event policies and staff discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
