Colorado Springs OktoberFest Purchase Terms & Refund Policy
ALL SALES FINAL. All Colorado Springs OktoberFest purchases and registrations are final, nonrefundable, and nonexchangeable, including event experiences, Schule registrations, contest registrations, festival drinkware, packages, and beverage tokens.
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct product, date, experience, contest category, and quantity before completing their purchase.
Experiences & Schules: Failure to present required identification, late arrival, failure to attend, or refusal of alcohol service under event policies does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Contests: Registration fees are nonrefundable, including in cases of nonattendance, failure to participate, late arrival, or failure to meet competition requirements.
Drinkware, Packages & Tokens: Pre-purchased merchandise and beverage tokens must be picked up during the 2026 Colorado Springs OktoberFest. Unclaimed merchandise and unused tokens are nonrefundable and have no cash value.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
