Stein Packages
Save when you buy a stein, beer, and more! Make your experience at Colorado Springs OktoberFest and save by purchasing everything you want in one package. The music, experience, and fun is on us! Choose from multiple stein sizes or even buy the limited edition porcelain stein we make new each year!
And if Beir isn’t your thing, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! New this year is our OkteberFest Wine package. Including an official OktoberFest Wine Glass and your first two pours! You’ll have multiple red and white German wines to choose from.
If your more of a cocktail fan, we will have German Liquor Cocktails at the Berentzen Bar inside the Big Tent, where we will also be serving German Style seltzers! Find out more about our cocktails at the event!

Wine & Beer Tastings
Want to try something really unique? Try our German Vineyards Wine Tour! Each year we work to bring you a selection of wines from a small selection of Vineyards, this allows you try several types of wine (Pinot Noirs, Rieslings, Cabernet, just to name a few) and really learn what makes the vineyard, and not just the wine truly special!
If you are more of a beer fan, we’ve got the class for you: Our Cicerone Certified Beer Specialist will teach you what makes Warsteiner’s fleet of beers the finest germen beer (and the one we offer each year at our Oktoberfest). Try the Dunkel, waft the Oktoberfest, and look through the pilsner all with our world class instructor.
Looking for something a little more niche? We can also teach you all about German hard spirits, commonly called schnapps. Our German Schnapps Schule will cover brandy, dessert schnapps, and some aperitifs that will certainly wet your pallet.
Competition
Have you got what it takes? Or maybe your wiener dog does? Challenge yourself or your pup in the costume contest, stein hosting contest, corn hole, or Dachshund Dash!
We will also have games and contests at regular intervals inside the Big Tent. Participants are awarded only if they truly please the crowd or our MC Camillo! Contests include German Dirndl and Lederhosen Costume competitions, Full stein holding contests, relays and the occasional yodeling contest. Those are just a few of the competitions happening at Colorado Springs OktoberFest!
Check out the calendar below for a list of events and their (estimated) times.

When is the Colorado Springs OktoberFest?
The Colorado Springs OktoberFest is the last weekend of September.
September 29- October1, 2023
Hours
Friday: 5pm – 11pm
Saturday: 11am – 11pm
Sunday: 11am – 5pm
Why was the Colorado Springs OktoberFest created?
Colorado Springs is a center of global travel and it was long over due to celebrate an integral part of American culture, that being German and Bavarian culture! Bavaria has celebrated OktoberFest for over two hundred years, bringing millions to the grounds for beer, food, and community!
In 2011, we decided that German culture deserved its place in Colorado Springs. We have worked to bring an authentic experience through food, Warsteiner Beer, and German music! Join us for our best year yet, where admission is free! Parking is $10.
How much does it cost to get in?
ADMISSION IS FREE!
The Colorado Springs Oktoberfest is a free experience for guests and patrons to attend. However, we do charge a $15 Parking Fee to help cover expenses! So load up the car & come on out!
We offer Warsteiner Beer on site as well as limited print, Commemorative Steins and merchandise. Food and drink from multiple vendors will be available for purchase on site! Both cash and card are excepted, exceptions apply; ATMs will be on site if you don’t have any more room in your lederhosen!
Check out the Tasting events where you can learn about Warsteiner Beer, German Hard Liquor, or fine German Wine. Tickets may be purchased on this website or onsite at the Ticket Booth Tuff Shed.
Are coolers or outside food allowed?
No. Unfortunately, outside food and beverages of any sort are not allowed into the Colorado Springs OktoberFest! Besides who would want to miss out on the tasty authentic food and freshly poured drinks we have on-site?
Are pets allowed?
No. Unless your Dachshund is registered in the Dachshund Dash, all furry-four-legged friends will be turned away. Participants must be kept on a leash or harness unless they are racing. Registration for the race can be done on this website or in person. Dogs are raced based on age, and race until a winner is declared in each age group. We reserve the right to ask unruly pups and their hu-moms and -dads to leave the premises if behavior warrants such action.
Can we bring tents or chairs?
You don’t need to! We provide a massive main tent and several others to shelter you, friends, and family and it will save you from having to carry it all in and out.
Who can I call if I have more Questions?
